RETURNS POLICY

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

In compliance with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (§ 56), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive the goods. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are not obliged to accept a return.

Exception — Personalized Items

  • Personalized (customized) products are not eligible for return, except in cases where there is a manufacturer’s defect (e.g., incorrect engraving or printing, product defects arising from the production process).


2. CONDITIONS FOR A VALID RETURN

  • The item(s) must be in the same condition as received, including all parts, accessories, and in original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, send your order number and the reason for returning to info@myunicorn.ee.


3. RETURN PROCESS

  1. Start the Return
    Send us an email at info@myunicorn.ee indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Inspection
    Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and email you our decision.
  3. Approval & Refund/Exchange
    • If your return is approved, we will either refund the total purchase amount or exchange the product (depending on your preference and product availability).
    • The refund will be issued to your original payment method no later than 14 days after we confirm approval.


4. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Return Shipping:
    • Within Estonia, return shipping is free of charge if done via the agreed return methods (DPD parcel lockers) according to our instructions.
    • Otherwise, you (the customer) are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).
  • Original Shipping Fee:
    • The original shipping fee is non-refundable. If we send a refund, the initial shipping cost may be deducted from your total refund if it was paid separately at the time of purchase.


5. DELAYS OR ISSUES WITH REFUNDS

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 14 days from the date of our approval, please check your bank statement.
  • If the refund is still missing, contact us at info@myunicorn.ee so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
